You must be at least 13 years old to use Plebstar. You are responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it, including keeping your password confidential.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You own the content you post to Plebstar. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service — for example, showing your posts to the people you share them with.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Be respectful of others. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, and illegal content are not allowed.

Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer Plebstar.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

The Plebstar name, logo, and product are our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Plebstar is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We'll update this page if these terms change, and post the new effective date at the top. Continuing to use Plebstar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
